Churn Signals

Behavioral indicators that predict a user is approaching the firing point before they formally leave.

Churn signals are the leading indicators of firing: reduced login frequency, skipped workflows, support ticket tone shifts, feature adoption drops, and workaround re-emergence. These signals appear weeks or months before the actual cancellation. Products that monitor churn signals can intervene before the user is gone. Products that only track cancellation events are measuring the funeral, not the illness.
