Conversational UX

Conversational UX is a concept in AI-native product design. As AI capabilities reshape what products can do, traditional UX patterns break down and new patterns emerge. Conversational UX addresses the specific challenges of designing for systems that are probabilistic, context-dependent, and capable of autonomous action. It is part of the broader JTBDUX framework for AI, which argues that AI changes the user's job from execution to oversight.
