A switching path requiring moderate learning and habit change, but within the user's existing professional identity.
The Standard Slope requires the user to learn new workflows and build new habits, but it doesn't demand a fundamental identity shift. The new way is meaningfully better, but familiar enough that the user can imagine themselves using it within a few weeks. The emotional job includes both relief and a modest sense of competence growth. The social job is visible to colleagues who will notice the change. Marketing should emphasize the 'better way to do what you already do' rather than 'become someone new.'
