Energy Mapping (in Interviews)
Also known as: Energy Mapping
Tracking emotional energy across the timeline to identify peaks and valleys of motivation.
Energy mapping plots the user's emotional state across the switching timeline: high energy moments (excitement about the new solution), low energy moments (fatigue with the old way), anxiety spikes, relief points. The energy curve reveals where the user is most persuadable, where they're most vulnerable to churn, and where the product experience must deliver relief.
